Cupping

Fire cupping is a form of bodywork which involves heating glass cups, which are placed along acupuncture points and meridians. Cupping Therapy has been practiced in Traditional Chinese Medicine for over two thousand years. The heat inside of the cups creates a suction which causes toxins and blood to rise to the surface, eliciting a healing response. Cupping helps to relax tense muscles, relieve pain, promote circulation and reduce inflammation. Many athletes at the highest levels of competition use cupping to relieve muscular pain/fascial restrictions giving them a competitive edge. Cupping Therapy may be a quick, affordable, effective therapy for anyone seeking muscular pain relief and increased range of motion.
